Higher and Technical Education Minister Uday Samant has announced that the state's universities and all colleges under them will be launched offline after Diwali. The new academic year session will be held from November 1 as the incidence of corona has decreased in the state.
Corona patient status is being reviewed in each district. The colleges will be started as per the rules of the state government and the task force, Samant said.
Meanwhile, Samant's announcement has raised the possibility of reopening colleges that have been closed for the last one and a half years.
Students are not forced to attend. No student will be forced to actually attend colleges. Students will be given such concessions.
